Rebiu is an aggregation service that indexes content publicly available on third-party platforms. Rebiu does not directly host content within the meaning of the EU E-Commerce Directive and its national equivalents. Rebiu does not create the listings displayed on the platform and cannot be held responsible for their content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rebiu. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. Rebiu reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your credentials with third parties. Rebiu cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Any CSAM detected is immediately reported to the relevant authorities and to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
Listings displayed on Rebiu are aggregated from publicly available sources or submitted directly by users. Rebiu is not the author of these listings and cannot be held responsible for their content.
Listings must represent consenting adults aged at least 18. Rebiu operates exclusively as an aggregation directory and does not facilitate, endorse, or take part in any transaction between users.
Any person featured in a listing may request its removal at any time, free of charge and regardless of who originally submitted it. Requests can be made via:
Verified requests are processed within 72 hours and the listing is withdrawn from public display. Requests involving minors are processed immediately.
Rebiu respects intellectual property rights. Any takedown request for copyright infringement may be sent to legal@rebiu.com with the necessary supporting evidence. Legitimate requests are processed within 72 hours.
Content aggregated by Rebiu from public sources is indexed in accordance with the principles established by European case law relating to aggregation services.
Rebiu is a directory platform only. We do not verify the accuracy of all listing details beyond our automated trust verification process. Users interact with listed individuals at their own discretion and under their own responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rebiu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Rebiu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at any time and without notice. Users may also delete their account at any time by contacting legal@rebiu.com.
Rebiu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this document.
Rebiu operates as an international platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the country of incorporation of the operating entity, and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country. The user agrees not to bring any claim before the courts of any other jurisdiction.
